Did you know that Blockchain is smoothing the journey from a coffee bean to your coffee cup? Or that Quantum computing is used by both academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies? Many of you may never have heard of these concepts before, or perhaps you have but are unsure how they could benefit you and your business. These innovations, as well as a host of others, will be showcased at Think Summit Dublin 2019 on the 4th of April in the iconic Aviva Stadium.

Every business is at a different stage on their digital transformation journey, each facing a different challenge. By learning and discovering more about the solutions IBM can offer we hope to illustrate how we can work with you to tailor and adapt our services to the unique needs of your company. By personalising the solutions available, you and your and business can work alongside IBM and put smart to work.

To highlight what we can do, on the day we have a range of innovative and thought-provoking activations to spark your interest. These vary from the engaging speaker sessions to interactive activities. The day promises to be really engaging, insightful and interactive. There are live debates on issues concerning business and technology plus a number of engaging speaker sessions taking place on a wide range of topics designed to inform you and create value to you and your business as each presenter brings a new idea forward. Keynote speakers and panellists include Ann O’Leary, CEO Vodafone Ireland, Aoife Sexton, Chief Privacy Officer Truata to a closing speech by Donal Og Cusack a pioneer of diversity.

We will explore technology, ethics, privacy, societal impacts of AI and launch a discussion on the role of technology in the development of Ireland in the short, medium and long term.   These discussions are ones which every organisation should be having as we drive the next wave of innovation in Irish business and society.

Alongside these great speaking slots, the different campus areas contain a variety of interactive opportunities for you to get-hands on with IBM technology. Activities are diverse ranging from Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Seats to the virtual Labyrinth, plus the chance to learn more about the Mercedes Benz stadium. The racing seats give you the opportunity to cruise along the circuit and unleash your inner F1 driver, complementing your learning about the Mercedes-Benz stadium.  The Labyrinth brings to life some of the interesting case studies IBM are involved in with the chance to work in a team and race against the clock. All this and much more awaits you on the day showcasing how IBM technology is putting smart to work in a magnitude of innovative ways.

Think Summit Dublin is set to be a fantastic event and not one to be missed!  I look forward to welcoming you on the 4th of April.
