As a Trusted Advisor Zoë works with CxOs, influencing the effectiveness of the Business through enhanced IT capabilities. This involves understanding the Client landscape and strategic direction, defining roadmaps for transformational change and assessing the associated business value. Currently on assignment to IBM Corporate HQ she facilitates the development of IBM’s Cloud and Cognitive technology strategy through IBM’s Technology Strategy studies, working closely with IBM’s Senior Leadership Team. She passionately believes that digitization and the growth of industry and technology platforms will disrupt businesses and their supporting ecosystems. Working on her Master’s Thesis she researched technology platforms and business ecosystems, exploring strategy, leadership and competitive advantage. In 2018 and 2019 she is collaborating with like-minded Executives to shape and grow IBM’s capabilities on transformation through industry platforms and digitization.
