Wing Hong (Albert) Ho is Director of Offering Management for Modern Data Protection, IBM Systems. In this role, he defines IBM’s offering strategy to help customers transform into cyber-resilient and data-driven businesses by overcoming data protection challenges and unlocking value from dormant data with the IBM Spectrum Protect portfolio. In his earlier role in IBM Storage, he launched IBM Storage Insights – IBM’s first true-SaaS, AI-enabled storage management platform; and he introduced IBM Spectrum Discover – a new cognitive data management solution to help customers accelerate their AI data pipeline.
