Kavita Sehgal is the lead offering manager for hybrid cloud on IBM Z and LinuxONE, focused on enabling the hybrid cloud platform - Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, tools, runtimes, management platform, and IBM Cloud Paks along with the whole ecosystem around to deliver the end-to-end solution to help clients in chapter 2 of their cloud journey. She leads the strategy around hybrid cloud positioning and adoption in the market by working on the various aspects of the offering that includes defining MVP, roadmap, business development, GTM, ecosystem, client engagements, and others. In her past experience, she served 2 years of rotational assignment with IBM headquarters, working with the CEO office where she was engaged with multitude of technology offerings from IBM. She is a speaker at multitude of IBM internal and external conferences and a firm believer of “give back to the community." She stays engaged with local schools supporting STEM programs and is on the board for Youth Leadership program run by local Chamber of Commerce to nurture our younger generation for the future.
