Osman Omer is a Senior IT Managing Consultant based in Doha, Qatar, and an active member of the MEA IBM Systems team. He is currently focusing on emerging technologies from IBM Systems, after spending the first half of his 15-year tenure with IBM in Rochester, Minnesota’s development lab focusing on systems management software. Mr. Omer is currently leading a team of a dozen consultants in MEA designated to promote and develop new skills on service automation and databases. He is also coordinating the Cloud Community of Practice for the Lab Services global team.
