John is a gentle giant working globally in the IT Industry across Support, Contact Centers and Education. Currently he looks after one of IBM Global Training Partners, develops new training products and services and brings them to market. He has a special interest in the client experience, special projects, Design Thinking and the application of artificial intelligence. John is also a serial volunteer inspiring children into STEM subjects, working as an ambassador for Bloodhound SSC, a 1050 mph World Land Speed Record Car, youth cycling and previously mountain rescue.
